The frick nuggets that owned the house before me poured a new pad up against the slab, but didn't tie it in or dig footings. They then tiled over both surfaces.
Their new pad sunk around 1/2", cracking all of the tile, and the drainage is now screwed.

This sounds like a complete redo. Good luck. But pretty much any homebuilder could at the very least tell you who to call for an estimate. That's my best guess, man.
