Does anybody use Succeed S Caps? I sweat a lot, so, I usually take 1 or 2 salt tablets before a long run. Are the S Caps better?

S Caps, Enduralytes and Salt Sticks have all been recommended to me ... I think the Salt Sticks had most sodium out of the 3. Thinking I'll try that.

Read an article talking about cramping (mainly calf/quad) and those who took pickle juice or salt got relief within about 90 seconds ... my last half I ran by an aide station and asked if they had any salt. I didn't plan to ask that question -- it just kind of tumbled out. They didn't have any but in retrospect I'm guessing my body kind of knew what it needed.

When I'm done after ANY distance, I taste like a freaking potato chip. Ewww ...

(I also started using NUUN for hydration the day before long runs and after a long run ... it wasn't that great until I started adding a crystal lite type flavor packet to it ... pink lemonade is good and it's got more sodium than other things like Cytomax and Skratch)
