People here are wimps. Just take a couple days off and see if it gets better with rest. If after a week it still hurts then see a doctor. Maybe ice and stretch it this week too. You'll be aight.

I dont think anyone is freaking out. Some have said they do not think running that much is neccesary. Others have said to back off a bit until he heals. I personally dont understand why someone would run that much unless they just enjoy the act of running. It really isnt a very effective form of cardio.
