So, in other wonderful news, GRRM's editor has confirmed we're not getting WoW this year, and that it may be expanded to 8 instead of 7 novels. If he goes out to 8, I think we can rest assured that we won't see the end of the books in novel form:

Nor will the ending be worth reading, IMO. That just proves that he doesn't know where to go.
Just like he didn't have the balls to have Tyrion die after killing Tywin.
