I love my Tigers, and I live in Houston, but if you think I am paying $140 per ticket, no way! We are talking a college game, not a professional team! The average working Middle Class family (what's left of it!) cannot keep up with rising ticket prices, not to mention, food, gas, etc. has gone up, but not salaries! Hate to see it, but the college game is starting to be like pro teams- corporate tickets only appears to be the future...

It all comes down to value. I bleed passion for the tigers, and I would book flights just to attend the games from Arizona. My friend sold me a pair of his family season tix for past few years and seats were epic. Friends, family, and football-what's better?

I couldn't get to every game, but trying to sell tickets is damn near impossible unless taking a huge loss w TAF fees. I don't blame people for not paying that much--the blame rests w me. I realized all the cost of flights, tickets, and time element to watch ads, crappy games, and listen less and less to the band isn't worth it anymore. Half the crowd is gone by 4th qtr, and the epic environments are further apart. They are still there, but we know when they will be most likely--Bama/Florida/auburn.

I've decided I can stay home and enjoy not just LSU but all other great games. When a great game is in tiger stadium I can way overpay for great seats and STILL come out way cheaper.
