I agree LSU is on the slippery slope of a serious declining attendance issue.
LS has elite tailgating which will keep fans showing up, however LSU has tried to limit tailgating; trailer parking fees, limited trash cans, etc...
LSU also has a severe disconnect with administration and fans. They have royally screwed up parking and ease of getting To a game. 3-4 yrs ago lots of tailgating and traffic was good considering the amount of people and now we have fewer people attending games and a traffic nightmare. LSU is just a few small changes of getting people back.
Make ease of getting to a game easier by car and entering a gate of the stadium. Encourage fans to tailgate.

Talked to an LSU police officer at The Box last weekend and she told me that they do what Parking tells them to do.
So LSU conducts parking and traffic studies and turn it into a clusterf***.
I'd rather them discontinue contraflow and let the people negotiate the traffic with traffic lights working as intended, maybe a longer cycle. After a baseball game contraflow dictates you cannot turn left onto Nicholson from Gourrier. Traffic control doesn't take into consideration that all people are not heading in the same direction. I live about a mile from campus and can't walk it and get routed miles out of my way to get home.
