re: Fat activists are confronted and respond

My family is more fitness crazy than most (my sister is a nationally sponsored fitness model) so maybe I'm a bit biased. I don't work out or live a particularly healthy lifestyle but I understand that there are definite immediate and potential bad consequences by making the choices I make, just like if I changed my habits the consequences would be better. I guess the whole fact that Fat Activism is an actual thing is making my head hurt
