She got busted again 2 weeks after her first arrest. She had to go get another student to make the first one jealous. LINK

Only 10% of the school's special education program are students with disabilities.
90% are students "without individualized education plans." The big thing now days, usually with charters is to classify dumber students as special education so that academic performance appears higher for the general population.
A that school is only around 1/3rd black, btw.
