my trips were a little pricey (not TERRIBLE, but definitely not a selling point for them), the food was just ok (and that was on the best trips), and the service was poor consistently.
selling a premium burger you can go a little high on price but you have to nail the execution for the ENTIRE guest experience if you do. from my trips and many other ive read - they do not.
