I think I can somewhat relate to the OP, maybe

I'm exactly where I want to be in my life, but something feels off and I feel empty

I did everything I had imagined professionally by the time I was 32-33. No desire for management in my field. I scaled back to something easier.

Do for others. I achieved more than I ever dreamed I could, but still felt empty. I realized all the material goods didn't bring happiness. I certainly don't deprive myself, but we find joy in giving much of what we earn away. I also could give a shite if I lost it all or not. After "living the dream", I realized the things that really make me happy are pretty damn cheap. I enjoy hunting, fishing, good food, cold beer, and friends/family. I no longer feel burdened with maintaining a certain level of wealth or whatever. I do what I do and let the cards fall how they might. Not that I do dumb shite with my money. I just don't worry about it, and I'll be damned if it hasn't made it even easier to make it and grow it.
