I don't have internet. I have an air card for work. Its works will work for this but I have no reason to pay for internet. I have Direct TV and thats it. I spend all day on a computer, when I get home I do stuff outside or work on my toys.

That's why Roku, FireTV, Apple TV, Chromcast, and other options exist. If you don't have Internet and are relying on the TV provider for your content you can't complain
