I think he was out on the stolen base and safe on the hit to right but you can't really tell since the ESPN3 replays make Pelican Sports TV look like a super bowl production.

It looked like Kramer might have tagged the guy before he made it to the bag on the steal.. But it was a crappy tag and you're not going to get the call on a close play when you tag the guy up around the chest when he slides feet first.
