I had never heard of Bryant before tonight, but wow what a damn good team. They looked like a bunch of 30 year old MLB vets next to our "kids". LSU is such a great venue for baseball. I'm glad I married into an LSU family and glad I got to see my Coogs get a win at The New Box.
I think Nola could probably pitch 15 shutout innings against UH if he needed to tomorrow, but I hope the Coogs pitching will keep the game competitive. I suspect the Coogs will start Jake Lemoine and if the game is close late go back to Tyler Ford who has been the Coogs best stopper this year. Looking forward to a great game and thanks to all you Tigers who were very cordial toward both teams tonight.
