One of the biggest changes is how much more expensive NO is than it was ten years ago. Rents in some places have doubled, taxes are higher, 25 cent oyster night is now fifty cent oyster night...

Until companies move to the city that are capable of hiring hundreds of educated employees New Orleans will not improve. Non-profits and start ups will not make New Orleans better.
