I went to Tokyo when I was around 13, but I remember a few things. It is absurdly clean, efficient, and organized. Japan is crazy homogeneous. You may asked to take pictures with people, especially if you have blonde or light colored hair.
The Tokyo Tower is probably a must see, but I would just Google it and look on travel sites to find the rest. I just do not remember or know from when I was there.
Also, the best suggestion in this thread is to go to Kyoto if you have time. It is my favorite city I have ever been to.
