I've never used it but i keep hearing the same things from people.
I would love for Nola to catch on, I'd use it. I'd much rather chat up a regular local person just making a couple bucks or a college student than some middle easterner or Northern African

I talk to foreign cab/Uber drivers all the time. Most of the ones I talk to are citizens who have been here for a number of years. They're pretty hard working and quite often make comments about how unfair it is that people get by without working.
