Being told I had cancer. Its almost exactly how you see it in movies, everything else he said just faded out. 
Thank god I asked to have a second opinion! Turned out to be negative.

Went through several test for cancer. They only got to the last test because the others were negative. A positive on the last test was basically a death sentence. A very quick one. Doctor called twice and left me a voicemail. I called right back and got his voicemail. I was really freaking out internally. All ended well but I will never forget that.
