I don't know what the knuckleheads here will post or what their reasoning is, but the correct answer is
It is a pretty well known fact that in a bar, especially a crowded one, the bartenders will tend to take care of those who are taking care of them in a more timely manner. Any bartender will tell you this. The equation is pretty simple...
Tip well + not acting like a douche-nozzle = good and friendly service from the bartender.
