Forgot my password and temporary password is not working

I am an idiot. Please help me. The temporary password is sent to my email account when I request it. I type the temporary password in and it is invalid. Fortunately I am logged in on my phone but I want to sign in on my lap top. Any help is much appreciated.

Try the forget password again after you get off of the site on your phone.
