Os.
I remember liking this episode a lot the first time around, even though it feels like filler. Plus, Alan Ruck.
What is Peter working on that he is hiding so much? People know he's interested in the machine...does he have to lie about that?
Walter working on harnessing Bell...ruh roh...
"We've got cameras on all the doors...they didn't come through the doors." Literally ten seconds after the dude let him in through the front door.
Seems like all the elements would've been combined in some way, shape, or form at some point in history...weird.
Well, that was explained pretty quickly...it's the universe breaking down.
I love how Walter was reading all about soul magnets and all that kind of shite, but the answer was as simple as ringing a bell.
Bellivia...here we fricking go.....
Stowaway.
Man, Bellivia is horrible. And don't get me wrong, I think Anna Torv does a great impression of Nimoy...she's nailing it, but it's just so horrible to listen to.
Peter tells Lincoln that his security must've gotten 7 layers deeper, but we see simple delivery guys in the lab all the time, as well as civilians and low-level agents and shite.
So she cares about people but doesn't try to save the train? It's worth it to he for all those innocents to die so she "might" be able to cross over? Pretty selfish, lady.
Why would they consider choosing animals for Bell when they can just choose a human and let him do it that way, a la Olivia? Seems like they could get someone to agree to that, or a freshly dead body or something...this is Fringe, for chrissakes.
Bloodline.
Altverse. Booyah.
Even though I knew it was coming, it still sort of startled me when Fauxliv was taken. That was well done.
Charlie went out with bug girl. Nice.
They finally address Lincoln wanting Liv. Bout time. No wonder he's cockblocking so hard lately.
So Liv is captured, and the nurse and doc are clearly talking to each other in front of a not-so-passed-out Liv, but you just give her the pill and assume she swallowed it? Even right after she just asked you to let her go? You know she wasn't gonna swallow that. Be smarter.
Lincoln telling her that he loves her while she's in the middle of giving birth? I mean, I guess he wanted her to know before she died, which was any minute, but it just seems like horrible timing on his part. And pretty selfish too.
And then, when you think she died, you just sit thre crying? Might be a good idea to try some CPR until docs arrive instead of just sobbing and being sad and staring at her. Idiot.
I don't remember at all from my first watch what happens with the baby boy in the altverse. Hopefully that doesn't just get forgotten.
I don't get the blood thing at the end of the episode, but I imagine we'll get answers on that pretty fast.
So Walternate and the Observers are working together now? Interesting..

quote:It still required Olivia to have swallowed magnets which somehow stayed in her body for a year or however long ago she visited Bell.

quote:Yes, it is.
Man, Bellivia is horrible
quote:Not sure she actually cared about people. The whole point with the suicide hotline was to find people who were going to off themselves no matter what, so she could join them.
So she cares about people but doesn't try to save the train?
quote:Coma patient with a healthy body. Seems perfect for Bell.
Seems like they could get someone to agree to that, or a freshly dead body or something...this is Fringe, for chrissakes.
quote:Weak writing as I said. They needed it to be a pill so she would be able to escape.
but you just give her the pill and assume she swallowed it?

Me too. Can't remember what happens here. Not sure why Walternate doesn't just tell Peter he now has a son and should hope over to their universe. Seems like a good thing to at least try.
quote:I didn't take from the episode that they were working together, just the observer stating it had begun.
So Walternate and the Observers are working together now? Interesting..
