There's a headshop right by campus next to Louies I go to for it. Has a couple of different brands and numerous flavors. I've seen some containers of the liquid at various gas stations around BR. It's not hard to find, but maybe finding a brand or flavor you really like could be tough.

The "Lotus" brand flavors are the ones I like the most, if you run by those at some point in time
