Blame the NRA, but not the privileged little shite's Hollywood parents that bought him everything he wanted apparently, including a Beemer. I wonder who ultimately paid for the legal multiple guns he purchased.

He was seeing a shrink, and had had violent incidents previously to this.
In California by Lib law, he could not be involuntarily committed even if his shrink thought and his parents were concerned that he was likely a danger to himself and to others.
This wasn't an NRA fail, it was a Liberal fail.
This isn't the first time someone known to be mentally unstable, seeing a shrink, and having had violent incidents previously was not prevented from committing murder.
Colorado theater shooter was the same and there are many many more.
