More often than not, we'd be better off not even playing these games than winning them. This is the second year in a row that our RPI has actually taken a hit from beating an opponent (Alcorn this year, UNO last).

1. Do not play any teams in the SWAC. God bless Roger Cador ! A gentleman and a good guy... But no...
2. Try to develop a early season Winn Dixie Showdown type tourney either at Alex Box or in Houston. Play A Rice or Florida State or Miami.
3. Schedule a series on the road to Oregon State or Arizona.
4. LSU baseball should be making enough cash to be able to go on the road every now and then.
