I heard that under the law, the entire weight of the brownie can be considered an illegal drug. So, while there may not have been much oil in there (may even have been misdemeanor levels, dunno), all the other ingredients are factored in. So, the sugar, flour, coco, etc. are all considered illegal drugs.

Seems a bit ridiculous.

That's exactly correct. They do the same type of thing when they catch growers. They weigh the plant, the soil, the pot. Even if it's not a flowering plant, or it's male, they will try or screw you any way they can.

That might be one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.
