Wow.... just wow.

In only one season, the purple and gold moved from 77th to 32nd in total offense and from 58th to 23rd in total scoring. LSU also became the first team in SEC history to have a 3,000 yard passer, a 1,000 yard rusher, and two 1,000 yard receivers. And he helped Mett become a legit NFL QB prospect.

And just looking at ppg and yards isnt a true indicator for what Cameron did. even though we jumped up 45spots in total offense and 35spots in total scoring. Its how we did it. LSU was much more balaned and efficient on offense last year than previous years.

In 2012, Mett was 207 / 352 (58.8%) for 2609 yards (7.41yards per pass) for 12 TDs / 7 INTs. 128.3QBR. In the rushing game, we ran the ball 527 times for 2258yards (4.3ypc) and 29TDs.

This past season (2013) Mett was 192 / 296 (64.9%) for 2082yards (10yards per pass) and 22TDs to 8 INTs. 171.4QBR. In the rushing game, we ran the ball 523times for 2630yards (5.0ypc) and 37 TDs.

Scoring and yardage wise, in 2012 we had 4,865 total yards with 387points on 879 plays. This past season, we had 5,893yards with 465pts on 819 plays.

So, we ran less plays total in 2013 than we did in 2012(less pass attempts and rushing attempts), yet we had right around 1,000 yards more and 80points on the year. Way more productive and efficient, and most of all, balanced. We were a much more complete team with both legit pass and running threat.

And just watch the difference between 2012 and this past season. Its obivous how much improved we were as an offense overall. Anyone that watched and actually paid attention to the games, and not just yards / points, will tell you that. I have no clue how someone can say that Cam didnt do anything for the offense / couldnt see it.
