When you go on a charter you expect to catch fish. You are not paying to fish. You are paying money to catch fish/trophy fish and when you don't it sucks big time. It sucks worst than when you strike out on your own.
Bad experience on a yellow fin tuna fishing trip. Paid a lot of money to ride around all day looking for bait. Zero tuna were caught.
