Our society just keeps getting more stupider. Since it was within 1000 feet of a church, the charges are upgraded to a felony. Replace church with school, and I get it. Can someone explain the church thing to me?

Most churches are considered drug free zones and have been since they passed the law making drug free zones. Maybe you are just not very observant. Or maybe your too stoned when you pass by the signs.
