MLB The Show 14: How do I turn Quick Counts on?

So, the very 1st time I fired up MLB The Show 14 on the PS4, I played an exhibition game and after the stadium select screen, there was a pop up asking if I wanted to play with quick counts, and I turned it on and played a game with quick counts.
After that, I've only played games as part of an online franchise where quick counts are on.
Circling back, I am attempting to start an offline franchise, and I can't find anywhere in the user or gameplay settings to turn quick counts on, nor does it pop up after the staduim select any more. So every time I go to start my 1st game, quick counts is off.
I sorta figured out the answer, but not really lol.
I started on the experienced setting, then I changed everything to the way I liked it, and saved the Experience setting. So, when I start a franchise/postseason and use Experienced, that's when I do NOT get the Quick Count option, but I don't know how to change it to make it pop up.
The interesting thing, if I start one on, say , Beginner level, it does pop up, but then I don't have all of my other settings saved. Granted, I could do it that way, then change every single setting for beginner level to have it match experienced, but I'm sure there's an easier way.

After you select your teams there should be an option. That's how it works for me.

As I said, playing my very 1st exhibition game, it did pop up.
But now, for some reason, it won't pop up.

On that note, I heard a rumor that quick counts will be removed from the Online Franchise mode in the next update. Anyone know if this is true, or better, anyone know where to find a link that'll give all of the info coming with the next update?
