I'm trying to size my AC units for foam insulation. My house is 5300+ living and I will most likely have a 5ton and 2, 4ton 18 seer units. It's going to be efficient as frick especially if I do foam.

How does this work UNDER a house that's off the ground? Anyone had that done? My floors freeze every winter because my house is 2-3 ft off the ground.

Why wouldn't the HVAC contractor do a j-load for you?
Assuming you have high ceilings?

You're gonna do hard pipe right?
