You would be crazy not too. It makes a huge difference on ac, electricity, dust, attic temp etc.
My average electric bill is 210 and my house is over 3000sf and we keep it on 61 at night, 68-70 during the day.
I will not build again without having it. Do your garage and all your master bedroom walls to sound proof it.

I'm trying to size my AC units for foam insulation. My house is 5300+ living and I will most likely have a 5ton and 2, 4ton 18 seer units. It's going to be efficient as frick especially if I do foam.
