Hernandez won't "rot" in prison. He's got gang connections, street cred, a big name, he didn't roll over on anyone when he got caught, and has already started "earning his stripes" while in prison. He will be a kingpin in the prison system and enjoy it because he's a psychopath.
Shoot him in the back of the head. Barely cost the country a nickel instead of spending tax payer money to keep his stomach full.
