No, they're really not offered to the public. They're continually offered to only season ticket holders. Saints fans who are dying to buy them, over 60k, can't get their hands on them vs Munich buying 20 tickets for his "business".

I don't want free pizza. This has nothing to do with the gov't or Socialism. I get it, you don't care if other Saints fans can get tickets or not. At least you're not buying them up to sell them. But when you guys see a whole bunch of other fans at the games instead of Saints fans, it's because of scalpers. How terrible of me as a Saints fan to want an opportunity to buy season tickets.
