I'm always glad when a Tiger does well, and I haven't read the whole thread, so I'm assuming the 2.xx million is guaranteed.

If that's not the case, don't ruin it for me, as I could not be happier for anyone that has ever played for LSU, or will play for LSU in the future.

Could literally almost tear up thinking that kid "made it". I hope he turns into Joe Addai....that kid that hung around, worked hard, did things right, didn't say much, accepted what was thrown his way, and either redirected it or overcame it.

Ever notice something about the guys that wind up like "those" guys (again, Addai being the classic example)? They don't have "notable" quotes. You really don't even know what their voices sound like. I'm not saying you've got to be a mute to be successful, but there is probably something to be said in terms of the relationship between success, and those that that keep their mouth shut, do their job, don't bitch, expect nothing, accept everything, and remain focused.

God, I hope that kid "makes" it. For that matter, I hope he "has" in the form of that money being guaranteed. I know it's probably not, but hopefully the signing bonus is enough by itself such that his dreams are fulfilled.

Couldn't happen to a better Tiger. Attitudes like his, IMO, are the root of championships, because they come from the heart of champions.
