Will this be a mandatory thing? Hopefully not. I definitely see why Ohio State and Michigan want this, but Penn State, Maryland, Rutgers, and Nebraska.... I don't see why they would. I'd rather be playing teams like Pitt and Syracuse annually than Iowa and Wisconsin.

I don't think Ohio State has any interest in playing Big Ten teams in OOC games. They've taken steps to substantially beef up the OOC schedule against true OOC opponents.
