I recommend Provigil if you need help staying awake during the day for the first few days, and 10mg of Valium to sleep at night. The key is to somehow force yourself to sleep the first week or so, it'll make the next few weeks much, much easier.

After years of not being able to sleep, my GP gave me some. Threw that crap away after a few times using it. I felt like I was hung over each morning.
