lol yea it was. they took advantage of a glitch just like the EBT people did.

A) The orders never shipped, unlike the EBT which people actually did exploit.
B) Private (Wal-Mart) company was conducting business with private citizens using their own monies in which there was a possible glitch vs Public (EBT) error resulted in citizens using tax-payer money to actually defraud the government.
