Just went through this with my 3.5 year old girl. What we did was try to promote "big girl stuff", if you poo in the toilet you get to watch your cartoons, play with toys, go to shows, etc. all the things big girls do. If you crap your pants we take away cartoons or toys for the evening and well I guess your still a baby and dont want to be a big girl. Seem to have worked we goin on a solid month with no crappy pants.
