Generally... what type of job / industry is this in? Perhaps, going by your username, a teacher?

You interviewed at three seperate times?

At least in my profession, third interviews are very rare (unless the first one was a BS one with a recruiter).

I would say give it the weekend, on Monday, maybe a brief e-mail just once again thanking them for the opportunity to meet about the posistion.

Employers take their sweet time sometimes. Plus, in this day and age, it's not uncommon for an applicant who was not selected to not ever hear anything back.

I'm kind of in the same situation. Applied and finally got a call for the aptitude test three weeks later. Was told if I didn't pass, HR would call me in a couple of days. (I'm sure I passed. No problem there.) Their website also says if I did pass, the hiring manager would call "within 5 days or ASAP" to arrange an interview. That was 3 weeks ago. The position is no longer posted online but I know they haven't filled it yet.

I want to believe they have massive amounts of applicants to deal with and they're just slow as molasses.
