Thats why
The point is...
People knew he was a great talent, and he still balled out, worked his arse off and earned his right to be a potential #1 pick.
Clowney, people knew he was a star, had an OK season but other than that stalled. You can say he didn't want to get injured, OK, well what happens 4 years from now when he gets the even bigger deal? The same thing?
Go the safe route with something you know will work. Mack has one of the best work ethics in this draft. A former 2 star player and has worked up the rankings to one of the best in college ball and potential #1 pick. I understand he played ball at a smaller school but do you want that talent or one that just plays for the money?
