If you gotta ask how much it is for good pit around here, you cant' afford it. they almost never come open, and if a good one does come open, it usually end up in brother in law deal. Duck blind leasing in SWLA for most part is a funny scam. Very few rice fields are what I call "good" and they have price of astronomical proportion. I would rather get a cavity search than pay 3-5 grand to sit in a hole in the ground in a field and stare at flights of snows fly over, or even nothing at all.
