The Democratic establishment knows Biden is unelectable, and (I hope) they realize Elizabeth Warren is too far to the left to get elected.

shite if I know? I'm thinking (hoping?) they are convinced of Hillary's "electability," I guess. I think it might explain their sudden clamoring to get Jeb Bush anointed as her opponent.
