Maybe you've been hanging with the wrong crowd in Little Rock. Mobile just sucks
With each of those cities, you need to take a look at who you are and figure it out from there. Different types of people and atmosphere in each one

I was born and raised in East Arkansas and lived in LR for 5 years. I think I have a better feel for it than some dude from LA who spent a weekend there one time to watch LSU-Arkansas.

The only city around here that would be worth it is Point Clear in my opinion.
but you'd have days like yesterday when it really sucks to live near water.
