I tried to think of a city in Mississippi that I would like but was unable
For me, I am not ever gonna live anywhere west of BR in the state. I would also never consider St Helena or Washington Parishes

LOL wut? The opposite is true.
I'd steer clear of Little Rock and look at Fayetteville if Arkansas is even in the equation.

Whoa - how does St Helena and Washington parishes enter a discussion about good southern cities to live in ?
