You know, you're right, but then here's that thing that keeps popping up that just won't go away...

If they wouldn't have broken in, absolutely none of this would have happened to them. They aren't some innocent people who got shot. They are in all actuality fricking criminals who broke into a person' home, and so in my mind, if they end up dead, so fricking what? Don't break into people's homes and you won't end up dead. Cause.... Effect..... Stop the cause, and you don't get the effect.
