He acknowledged being recorded at the beginning of the recording. So he definitely knew and and that constitutes consent on his part. Plus other people knew that he like to be recorded in case he forgot anything

wait...he knew he was being recorded and still said what he said? Thats one pretty bold mofo. Were thes etapes the sole possession of the GF? His laywer? Seems odd he would want to have himself recorded liek that
