Oh no doubt there is merit.

It's just all rambled together.

If you really want to and aren't just trying to get pissed ill email you. I'm not pulling this shite out thin air. You obviously have heard of the d plane aspect. The rest is just TPI(Titleist Performance Institute) biomechanics stuff

Tequila is talking like Rob. Lol. He has many lessons with him and for that he only knows one technique. Branch out bra. We all teach pretty much the same stuff. Some are a little more technical. Some like me are more swing your swing and I'll tune it.

no I'm the last person that would get mad. I don't need you to email me anything because I'm familiar with everything you are saying, and like I said it has merit.

It just seemed like you happened to pop into the circle of trust on the golf board, and I'm trying to vet you before Jinxy cat (BRgetthenet) shows up again. That's why I was asking for "credentials".

The way you are explaining yourself is rambled and it looks like spewing. That's all I'm saying.

Actually grip and mass of the person and takeaway are the most influential to face

strong, weak, or neutral you can take the club to the backswing any way you would like...you can't fix the face in the backswing, granted you can put it in a better position, but fix it you can not!

No this coupled with your head sliding back is your body shallowing itself.

You fix face then path will come.

I'll take what is wrong with my swing for $1000 Alex! Path is KEY to the swing, you can't get stuck on every swing with a square face and expect good results.

quote:

It also depends in how much beta torque is applied to the club throughout the swing.

you are trying way too hard!

quote:

You give someone a straight swig direction and the PGA tour average of 4.1* down with a 6 iron and you will have a draw path.

oh you mean the guys that bang balls all day long and do this PROFESSIONALLY?? I'm talking about changing someone who is a mid teens handicap to a single digit... you can do that with path and short game alone!

I personally know from experience that grip and takeaway dramatically effect the path. I have ping pong ed a couple times with those things. Open has been looking like square to me and I'm having to train myself all over again...practice that has allowed me to a start getting it from the I side again.

No kidding whatever happened to "hey that swing looked good, replicate that."

The best piece of advise I got as a junior was from Phil Schmitt. I was getting made and saying "I can't hit the ball straight!"

He looks at me and goes "Stop hitting it right."

The hardest thing to do is explain this stuff over text. I mean when I first read physics of golf an the golfing machine I didn't understand much. It helps having people explain it in person and be able to ask questions. I tried to word it the best I could.

The thing is some people don't understand that stuff. Hell honestly I don't understand some of it. But I do understand how to get your path right and hitting it better. I took a lesson from my technical teacher the other day. I had to tell him twice. Baw just show me where to be.

That's the only difference between a scientist and a golf instructor. The ability to relay the information

If you can't explain in a way that a 14 year old can understand, you really don't know what you are talking about. IMHO FWIW
