Thinkin bout waiting til they go out of town and take care of it myself....
ETA: thats why i was asking you guys... if i say something and he doesnt do anything about it and I kill it, its a good reason for revenge... If I just take care of it when they are gone.... then nobody knows and problems solved

Take your neighbor for a ride, eventually the dogs will wonder away in search of food...
