There you go again..."too close to their house" Too close for what? They didn't file a noise suit did they? So what the frick are you saying they should have known to realize the setup was "too close" for their safe being? SO since it is not a noise complaint, you have to mean too close for health issues...so how the frick were they supposed to know their health was at risk in advance? DO you think someone warned them and they ignored the warnings?
