It really isn't rocket science. It's marketing and price it correctly. I got a little more than comps were selling on MY street. Get rid of the crap in your house and clean it! Neutral paint and less furniture to allow buyers to imagine their crap in your house

Thanks for all the help fella's. I posted it on owners.com and spread the link through facebook and craigslist for now. Any additional help is greatly appreciated. As i promised here are some nsfw for the help. More help I get the more pics I'll post. Hope this isn't out of line. I just wanted to deliver.
