I'm not going to call you a name, but why shouldn't a law abiding citizen have a M-16?

C4 is outside the realm of this discussion.
Why is an m16 inside the realm and c4 not?

It's an abstract threshold. Legitimate law abiding citizens have no need of an m16, ak47, c4, claymore, etc. None.

You want to protect yourself. Get a 45 or 9mm, not a rapid assault rifle or more.

Explosives are not considered 'arms.'

Again, what is your reason for this idea?

Should the police also be limited to these types of weapons?

It's the modern musket. It's easy to use. Common caliber. It's a hobby for a lot of people. Very popular in sport shooting. Need I go on.

Bottom line is, I don't need one. I fricking want one. DWI.
